OnTime Fundraiser offers two packages of Internet-based financial services to best suit your campaign, association, club, group or non-profit organization's needs:
 

Basic Service: 
 
How it works: Ontime Fundraiser will establish a web link from your existing campaign or organization website where we will welcome your donors, collect information needed to process your contributions, and return your donor to any designated page on your website when the transaction is complete.

Features:

• Ontime Fundraiser will notify you by email each time a donation is made to your campaign or organization
• You can download a detailed report from your account with the donor's information for your records and to comply with any applicable campaign fundraising guidelines or reporting requirements
• Ontime Fundraiser will send Automatic Email Thank You Notes immediately to each donor on behalf of your campaign.

Terms:    

• No Set-up Fee! (6.95% processing fee)
• e-checks $2.95ea (+ above %)              
• Payments mailed 1 per month (must be more than $50 or rolls over to next month)        

Deluxe Service: 

All services included above in Basic Service, Plus:

• Online Client control panel that allows your campaign or organization to track the volume and time of donations sent to your campaign in instant, monthly and to-date formats.

Terms:     

• One-time Set-up Fee ($299, only 5.95% processing fee)

• e-checks only $1.95ea (+ above %)
• Payments made electronically each week (must be more than $50 or rolls over to next week)                      

What you need to get going:

1. A registered web site, if you do not have one, OTF can register your domain name.
2. Information on campaign limits, restrictions or other law impacting donations to your campaign or organization.
3. Your Bank Account number and drivers license number or Tax ID number.

Terms: You can cancel anytime - No long term commitment! We will refund your set-up fee if you cancel within 7 days; however, after 7 days, all sales are final.

Note: Donations are collected and processed by OnTime Fundraiser, Inc. and will appear as "OnTime Fundraiser, Inc." on the donor's credit card and/or check statements.
